The Receptive Eye |

The March 15 exhibition was titled The Receptive Eye. Works share the
characteristic of being images for which, in Minor White¹s words, the
photographer has "become a camera;" the subject has 'generated its own
photograph.' That is to say, something about the subject resonated with
the photographer and influenced the creation of the image. Subject matter
and photographic techniques varied widely.
